I just wanted to say thanks for the way your company jumps right on
error issues and listens to concerns with an eye to making
improvements. On two or three occasions when other software companies
offering PD management programs have tried to woo me away with promises
of fancy bells and whistles, the level of service and support from
Schoollink has always outweighed the salesperson's promises. We use a
lot of different programs in education, and too often it's a
take-it-as-it-is situation with no opportunity to make suggestions and
very little support. What makes Schoollink unique is your high quality
of service and your approachability. I just thought I'd take a minute
to say so. (And I tell my colleagues in other districts any time the
topic arises...)
