Users can change their email password by following these instructions below:

1. Open a web browser (e.g. Internet Exporer, FireFox etc.) and go to your webmail url.
2. In the address bar type mail.yourdomainname.com (eg. mail.schoollink.net) and click the go button. 
3. Type your email address in the "User Name" box.
4. Type your password in the "Password" box and click the "login" button.
5. Once logged in, click the "Options" link at the top right hand corner of the Web Mail page.
6. Click the"Password" link under the Your Information column.
7. Fill in the fields displayed on this page and click the"Submit" button.
8. You will receive a message stating " Your Password information has been successfully changed".
9. Click the "OK" button and you will be redirected to the Options Page.
10. Click your Inbox on the left hand side to return to your email account

If you also access your email using a third party email client (e.g. Outlook, Outlook Express, Thunder Bird etc.) you will need to update your email client with the new password that you set in the instructions above.

In most cases, if your email client is already configured to pull mail from your email account it will prompt you with a login box then next time you attempt to access your email from the email client. When this happens you should type your new password in the box.
